Vegetarian Chilli Hot Casserole Stew

Stock Put about 1/3rd Full Of Cold Water in Large Stockpot
2 x Vegetarian Stock
1 x Beef Stock
1 Small Bag of Small Potatoes cut in two
2 Carrots Peeled and Diced
1/2 Swede Peeled and Cubed
1 Parsnip (Not the core) peeled and chopped
1 Courgette Sliced and Chopped
1 Onion Chopped
1 Leek Sliced
a few radishes chopped
1 x Tin of Napolina 5 Bean Salad
1 x Tin of Aldi Butter Beans
1 x Large Cup of Split Red Lentils No Need to Soak
3 Small Red Chilli's Chopped
1/3rd - 1/2 Tube of Tomato Puree
Ground Black Pepper

Bring to Boil
Simmer 40 mins
Stand 20 mins


This is a Hot but Tasty Vegetarian Stew which requires very little effort other than preparing the veg.
